All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible after payment confirmation. We dispatch all orders from Sri Lanka and aim to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We use DHL Express and Aramex as our trusted courier partners for shipments.
All shipments include tracked shipping, allowing customers to monitor their delivery status in real time.
For orders weighing up to 1.5 kg, customers can choose between DHL Express and Aramex during checkout. Orders exceeding 1.5 kg are shipped via DHL Express.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days.

Seller Responsibilities
We take full responsibility for the following:

Proper export packaging of goods

Loading charges at our warehouse

Transportation to the port or place of export

Export duties, taxes, and customs clearance

Origin terminal handling charges (OTHC)

Loading goods onto the shipping carrier

Freight charges to the destination country

Destination terminal handling charges (DTHC)
Buyer Responsibilities
The customer (buyer) is responsible for:

Unloading charges at the final delivery destination

All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees

Any customs inspection or examination costs, if applicable
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Adverse weather conditions

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Delivery times apply primarily to major cities. Remote or forwarding areas may require additional time.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs processing.
